The Directorate of Information Systems of the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroun engaged ST Digital to establish a strategic roadmap for its Information Systems. OGAR, a leading motor insurance company, sought to define a clear trajectory for its transformation, integrating the strategic, organisational, and technological aspects specific to its sector. The objective was to identify key initiatives and structure an action plan to modernise its operations, optimise the management of its services, and improve the customer experience.

TdE (Togolaise des Eaux), a vital actor in the water supply sector in Lomé, recognised the imperative to align its information system with its strategic ambitions and the regulatory obligations specific to water management.

As part of an initiative to modernise its procurement management and strengthen supplier relations, the SABC Group, a leading player in the beverages industry in Cameroun, opted to digitalise its processes. This initiative aimed to streamline exchanges, enhance transaction traceability, and accelerate processing times.
ST DIGITAL developed and deployed a bespoke supplier portal integrating the management of accreditations, claims, invoices, documentation, notifications, complaints and purchase orders. The implementation included needs analysis, custom development, team training and post-deployment monitoring.

Digitalisation of General Assemblies for SABC and SEMC
Les Sociétés Anonymes des Boissons du Cameroun (SABC) and Société des Eaux Minérales du Cameroun (SEMC) wished to modernise and secure the conduct of their General Assemblies by digitalising the registration and voting processes. The objective was to simplify participation management, ensure the integrity of votes, and facilitate the analysis of results.
ST Digital implemented a digital solution for General Assembly management, encompassing participant registration via a QR Code system, attendance confirmation by scan, the implementation of individual electronic voting, real-time presentation of results on a Power BI dashboard, and application access control.
Result: the digitalisation of the General Assemblies of SABC and SEMC has simplified registration, secured voting, provided live results and protected access, enabling a more efficient and transparent organisation.
Implementation of a decision-making solution with Power BI Report Server
Le Guichet Unique wished to implement an internal business intelligence solution to analyse its data and generate relevant reports, without necessarily depending on an external cloud service. The objective was to achieve autonomy in producing its analyses and to secure the management of its sensitive information.
ST Digital deployed an on-premises business intelligence infrastructure by implementing Power BI Report Server. Activities carried out included, among others, the installation of Windows Server, the installation and configuration of SQL Server Services, as well as user training on the new platform.

ST DIGITAL led a strategic and technical intervention encompassing an analysis of existing processes, the strengthening of local stakeholders' skills through training, the design and deployment of a digital civil registration management system across 20 municipalities, the provision of hardware and software, as well as IT governance training for mayors

HLOG, a logistics services company based in Cameroun, sought to optimise its operational efficiency by automating several essential business processes.
The objective was to streamline the management of disciplinary records, client files, expense sheets, exit requests and non-conformities, in order to reduce processing times, minimise errors and improve visibility.
